Our client was in the process of creating a new mobile sales team to hit the streets and sell its products, but they didn’t have the mobile tools to do it. We worked directly with company stakeholders to understand what the team needed to succeed and help them manage their accounts, calendar, products, and performance to put them ahead in the national marketplace.
As a brand new business within the bank, we had the opportunity to customize the tool to their needs. We collaborated daily with the Marketing, Sales and Product leads to understand the business needs on how this tool could potentially make their work most efficient. We iterated on multiple concepts of how this tool could come to life by showing different examples of how to manage accounts, display their product offerings and track sales performance.
CENTRALIZED CLIENT DETAILS
We centralized all client data and displayed it through data-visualization for quick legibility and to support client conversations while mobile and away from the bank.
Auto-identified clients who were qualified for an additional borrowing so they could easily obtain loans without needing to go through a lengthy application process
Created application status indicators so bankers could easily update their clients on when loans could be expected.
